How OCR Works
This tool uses Tesseract.js, an open-source OCR engine compiled to WebAssembly. It analyzes the pixel patterns in your image to recognize characters and words. The entire process runs locally in your browser.
Tips for Better Results
Use high-resolution images with clear, readable text. Good contrast between text and background improves accuracy. Avoid skewed or rotated images when possible.
