About the Pomodoro Technique
The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method: work for 25 minutes (one “pomodoro”), take a 5-minute break, and after 4 pomodoros, take a longer 15-minute break. This cycle helps maintain focus and prevents burnout. The timer plays a notification sound when each phase ends.
